Guest Vehicle Parking

Guests of residents who are parking for extended overnight hours shall be registered with management. A Guest is determined to be someone that parks overnight 14 days or less in a six (6) month period. Registration is required for guest parking in driveways and private streets. (Lighthouse Drive and Fountain Drive between the gate and Lighthouse Drive are public streets.)

A resident may register guests online using their account on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com or by calling Action’s Community Care Department (800) 400-2284 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 7:00 pm) and speaking with a representative. Sending an email or leaving a voicemail does not register a vehicle.
