Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is responsible for preserving the community’s aesthetic standards and cohesive design. Comprised of two Board members and one volunteer, the Committee reviews all homeowner-submitted architectural improvement applications and issues written decisions for projects that may impact the appearance and value of the neighborhood. In doing so, the Committee upholds the Association’s governing documents and CC&Rs, evaluates all requests fairly and without bias, and strives to respond in a timely and consistent manner.
