Rules Committee
The Rules Committee will serve as an advisory committee of members to review the Rivers Community Association Charter; Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&Rs); Bylaws; Design Standards; and Community Guidelines (Rules) to evaluate their scope, purpose, application, consistency, and enforcement. The purpose of this committee is to ensure that the Charter and CC&Rs are accurately and consistently reflected in existing and proposed changes to the rules and guidelines adopted by the Board of Directors. The committee may recommend amendments or new rules to the Board of Directors. The committee will meet as necessary and may engage homeowners’ input by conducting surveys, holding hearings, and workshops. In compliance with the Davis-Sterling Act, the committee will include no more than two Directors.
